With over 20 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, Mike Baxter has built a career rooted in hard work, leadership, and community engagement. Starting at a young age in the hospitality industry to help support his family, he worked his way up to managing and revitalizing restaurants across the Boston area. Through these experiences, Mike developed a deep understanding of business operations, economic growth, and the importance of fostering strong local partnerships.

Beyond restaurant management, Mike has excelled as a Business Development Manager and Regional Sales Manager in the liquor industry, driving brand growth and building strategic relationships with businesses across New England.
